The same is my opinion as depicted above because the heavy money transaction is real not virtual. So if it affects the state economy then it should be definitely excise duty should be imposed on it.

Yash, I think it would not be wrong if US congress comes forward to tax Virtual-world economy because it would prove out a good source of income for US goverment.
